Description
The Dosemat SD is a state-of-the-art float processor specially developed for the uniform and efficient processing of hides and leather.
This machine uses intelligent float circulation to ensure a homogeneous distribution of chemical auxiliaries.

- Simplex: Barrel mounted on one side.

The structure of the Dosemat SD
This Dosemat consists of an outer casing and a one-piece inner casing.
The inner jacket is perforated across the entire width.
Behind it are scoop pockets and channels that transport the liquor via the center of the axle to a mixing vessel and from there back into the drum.
Chemicals are added here and distributed evenly throughout the drum within a few seconds.
It is also possible to connect measuring devices to record all important parameters.
Jet-Cross-Flow-System
This is the most efficient fleet circulation system available.

The Dosemat is similar to a large washing machine.
The larger the load, the more likely it is to become unbalanced when spinning.
The three-part drum reduces the risk of the load becoming concentrated and the spinning becoming uneven.
This allows 60 % more raw material to be fed into the machine.
More raw material means more production in the same time and in the same space in the tannery.
A great advantage where time and space are usually in short supply.
