The Dosemat DD is a state-of-the-art tanning drum specially developed for the uniform and efficient processing of hides and leather.
This machine is equipped with an intelligent liquor circulation system that ensures homogeneous distribution and application of leather chemicals. The Dosemat DD features a robust design with double suspension and offers outstanding performance and reliability.
It is ideal for industrial applications with high capacity requirements. The drum of the Dosemat DD has perforated inner shells that divide it into several working areas.
This enables optimum liquor circulation and uniform treatment of the leather.
The liquor circulates during drum rotation via scoop pockets and a mixing box, which improves the dosing and distribution of chemicals.
The design of the paddles ensures homogeneous treatment and application of the auxiliaries.

- Control option: Temperature, pH value and water quantity and thus chemical intensity can be easily checked at any time.
