Description
The Dose PFI is a highly developed parallel color processor that has been specially designed for the precise and efficient performance of comparative tests in leather processing.
Only tests carried out with the highest precision can be reliably scaled.
With multiple drums and individual heating circuits, the machine enables optimum control and repeatability of color processes.
- Multiple drums: Available with 4 or 6 drums for parallel processing.
- Individual heating circuits: 2 or 3 heating circuits for precise temperature control – always one heating circuit for two drums.
- Infinitely variable speed control: Adjustable motor run and stop times and change of direction of rotation for optimum process control.
- High flexibility: Drums can be operated and adjusted individually to improve performance.

- Two drums are connected to each other via a closed heating circuit. This ensures that the drum temperature in both drums is always identical.
- The temperatures can be set separately for each heating circuit in the range between 20 and 80 °C.
