The structure of the Dosemat
The Dosemat SM is a machine with bearings on one side.
In certain cases, it can also be fitted with a counter bearing.
The drum consists of two shells, an outer shell and an inner shell.
The inner shell is perforated across the entire width and also forms the scooping system of the drum.
The two shells are firmly connected to the channels to the axis.
These are used to transport the liquor via the center of the axle to a mixing vessel and from there back into the drum.
Chemicals are added here and distributed evenly throughout the drum within a few seconds.
It is also possible to connect measuring devices to record all important parameters.
A pneumatically driven sliding lid can also be fitted.
